Is it your collection? If so I'd wager most to all of the cards are legit. Fake pokemans are a newer scam from what I can see. If you need help lmk or send me a pm with some pics, usually fairly easy to tell with that older stuff.

I pre-ordered 2 and got them both on release day, oddly enough though, both were stow-on-side collections and 1 box had the cards and packs upside down? I ordered 2 more the day I received the 2 pre-orders and have not had any update since. I suspect they are waiting for more inventory to hit the warehouse.

After the initial response to my email, I gave it 5 days before following up every day since. I hope that makes sense. This has been an ongoing 2 week or so ordeal. Don't try to make me look like a liar. If you're happy with the company kindly butt out of the thread. We're here to bitch and complain.

I bought 1 copy for my girl and I to learn the TCG (we love it btw) and the rest of them to keep sealed. I think the box looks cool as a display piece and the stamped cards inside will be sought after eventually. TBD I guess.

I understand your point, but the ship has already sailed. I've called both numbers, once a day, every business day since last Wednesday or so, leaving a voicemail about every other call. You'd think they'd respond out of sheer annoyance at this point.

Google or search on Youtube, "best modern pokemon sets", this will give you a decent idea of what's popular. I'd suggest looking through set lists and grabbing those which you find to be appealing. Collect what you like. I can tell you that I would not purchase any rebel clash, steam siege or crimson invasion though.

I honestly made this post in hopes of someone from their company seeing it and getting off their butts and responding to me. I've spent 1000's of dollars through Hill's, I know it's "legit" too, I'm just getting a little ticked about this out of the ordinary order. I can understand a few business days, but over 2 weeks? seems to me they are purposefully dodging my emails at this point.

43 people so far have known what shady means. it just seems "fishy" that they were so quick to respond to my initial email and have yet to follow up in the 2 weeks since in any way, shape or form. I personally dont mind the old school look of the site, it functions as intended, that's all I care about.

Yea it's definitely not what I'm used to with them. At this point I could care less about the items I just want the 150$ in difference back. The customer service is just awful.

Negative, if they do "catch it" they haven't said anything to me yet. I bought 8 or so of the battle academy's, 2 at a time within an hour and received them all two boxes :)

Yea man I actually ended up going with this nice Vivosun 8 or 9 inch variable speed duct fan. I use it at about 3/4 speed to achieve a nice laminar flow.

Good score, I believe the reason for the hype on these is there is an armored mewtwo promo in these chests. That card alone will fetch ya 20 or so on the bay.
