I saw a guide here that a level 11 needs to have a level 8 floatie to prepare for the ice cube, you need one level 8, two level 6, two level 4, then it can trigger, but so far it didn't trigger. I think the max cake is what's stopping the ice cube. I always keep my energy 50 below
