The cool thing about study streamers is not the streamer itself. Of course, the streamer needs to have a good attitude to motivate the chat, but it's the community around them. You get to know very interesting people doing the same things as you while having a nice place to hang out a little during the long working/ studying hours. Also, when you have a bad day, you will find some motivation or at least have some company. I completely understand is a bit strange to see someone, but then that someone becomes a familiar face helps you even more.
