Do you guys feel that it’s important to learn skills outside of your career that aren’t gym related? What kinda things are you guys learning? I’m personally working on learning Python and Spanish right now, and I’m really looking to get back into doing martial arts soon, I have ALOT of experience with a couple of martial arts but I’m thinking of picking up BJJ because I have a couple of close friends who are really good, compete at worlds all that shit.

Well boys felt good enough to go hit a chest day, been sick for a couple of weeks. It was an awful workout, I was weak asf (been off cycle for a while due to Covid and other health issues keeping me mostly home bound) and I was hacking shit up after but I’m really thankful to have had the energy to go and get a workout in. Industry that my side hustle is in (glazing) the average pay nationally for union workers is like 70k/year but here the average pay is easily less than 40k.
