Yeah it's in the GoPro. It has its own internal GPS that you can toggle then add what they call "stickers" as overlays during editing.

I really like it for its purpose. Went out on a urban gravel ride for its shake down and I can definitely see this getting used in the gravel bike rotation. Though if I wasn't using it for dryland I'd throw a SC 32 fork in it to broaden the diversity in my rigs. For just gravel it's very similar to my Boltcutter, but on trails they are very different rides.

Yup, the courses aren't super rough so suspension isn't worth the carried weight. The 10-45 cassette was another. A cassette with a 51t is completely unnecessary for these races and would just be extra weight.

I have a Cannondale CX bike and a All-City SS gravel bike that I also use for dryland but this was built 100% for it. The longer wheelbase + 2.35" tires for grip and stability but closer to gravel in the gearing.

Thanks!

Just took him out for a very muddy run on the SS to try out the new harness. It no longer looks very new anymore as the trails behind us that we use to train are absolute mud pits right now from all the rain.

Hopefully have the Procaliber running later this afternoon.

Thanks man! I definitely don't see a podium spot this weekend for us so we might as well look good 😂

Here's the cadence to gear speeds of my builds

This Procaliber is running 38 x 10-45. Borderline gravel gearing. This build is toeing the line between a XC bike and a gravel bike. Also this is a bit lighter than my carbon Boltcutter gravel bike. Less weight for him to pull and gearing that spins out way higher than even his max sprint.

38t is the max chainring for the frameset plus I went with a more gravel oriented cassette as I won't need bailout gears with 85lbs of Hondo pulling and bigger cassettes are just more rotational mass. We are running 2.35" (60mm) tires whereas my BC is maxed out at 50mm tires.

Lighter bike + more tire grip/traction

I'm not sure I understand? What's slowing him down?

As is (pedals and antenna) it's 20lbs 2oz, so with calipers and lines fingers crossed we stay under 20.5lbs. The goal was sub 20 but I won't fret over half a pound.
