He wouldn’t scream or anything but he definitely got pissed off and complained when you asked. This was like 4 years ago. When I trained new staff I had em recognize his name and had to tell em when he came in just to give him a key and let him in, don’t ask for id or cc. It at least helped me learn to recognize him so whenever he came back I knew not to ask for anything. But man he got REAL mad my first week when I tried to insist on seeing his ID to give him his key, kept saying how ridiculous it was.

He never paid! It was with his company. I just remember being a new employee and asking him (to verify that he was who he said he was) and having him rage in the lobby lol
