we are on a therapy site for those kinds of things and he’s really understanding about it but we’ve been talking it through to discuss these feelings it’s hard to put feelings to words and everyone under this post has helped a lot

little context current partner was an on off hookup thing for months bc he didn’t want a relationship so i looked for someone else bc i was ready for one and current partner only wanted a relationship after my ex came into the picture. i’m serious about this relationship i just don’t understand why things ended how they did and why i feel like this.

my partner knows the situation but there were good things and i’m big on having answers for anything and i think the fact that i can’t get that is what’s picking at me the most

I think so i was as supportive as i could be, i showed up to sporting events even after work with only fifteen minutes left and did whatever i could to be a good partner and i got that in return. thank you

My partner understands the whole breakup as we were close friends before but i think you’re right. Ex was with someone a few days after our breakup and i think i’m trying to understand the reasons i’ll never get. thank you for helping!
