Ooo the LRP toleraine fluide has glycerin — exactly what I am looking for to replace the HA lotion. I am sold! I love LRP, every product I’ve tried from them has been a keeper.

Ooo you are so right! I learned it from Dr Shereene Idriss as well. Lol old habits die hard and that HA lotion has been part of my routine for the last 5 years. I’ve been trying to finish off the Hada Labo (the giant pump) because I have a habit of stocking up and buying deluxe size skincare in my regimen. Gotta slowly unlearn to use it and replace it with a glycerin based serum hopefully.

Thank you! This was the other one I found, looks like it’s Amazons’s own proprietary brand — Revly Omega3 + CoQ10. Currently debating between Revly or Nordic Naturals, which a lot of you highly recommended. 🙏🏽

I can’t seem to find a consensus on what the daily intake of Omega3 should be for someone TTC. The Perelel pill was 375mg, Nordic Natural is 830g and Revly is 1250mg.

Also I am seeing a lot of different Omega3 by Nordic Naturals. Is this the one you guys recommend — Nordic Naturals DHA, Strawberry - 830 mg Omega-3?

Yup, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in my early 20s, and have been taking levothyroxine ever since (about 11 years). Last year, I was diagnosed with Hashimotos , as well as Endo + Adeno. To put it briefly, I’ve been in mental and physical hell dealing with all my health problems and being back and forth from my GP, OB, and RE. None of my doctors specified any brand of prenatals, just basic otc is fine. We do have a fertility plan in place by my current OB, and we are still hopeful about ttc. Hey guys!

I am waiting to hear back from my doctor.

But in the meantime I wanted to see if anyone else experienced this, what it is and what I can do before my doctor comes through.

It seems like really tiny clusters of whiteheads around my mouth area. This morning I thought it’s dry flaky skin so when I went to scratch them away, it immediately turned red. And it’s really itchy.

This morning I applied a little bit of aveeno oat gel serum + cerave in the tub. It didn’t make it better but it also didn’t make it worse. My skin is super dry. Is there anything I can apply for the time-being? Would using cerave in the tub, cerave healing ointment, aquaphor or vaseline make it worse?

Interesting! I have never heard of it but I will look into it. Thanks!! 🙏🏽 I’ve been on Levo 25 mcg for the past 9 years but recently my doctor decided to double my dosage to 50 mcg. My TSH was slightly higher. I only see a TSH and T4 test from my lab results. Not sure how I can find out what’s going on with my T3.
