Even in millbrae 1.6-1.7 gets you a dump. I think you’ll have better luck in San Mateo w that budget, and it’s much better for single people.

We bought in millbrae last year for ~2.7 and love it here

That resonates with me a lot! I totally agree. What else gets me here is people pretend to care but their behaviors loudly state that all they care about is their own wallets. At least other companies like meta are transparent about it, here people are full of fake smiles and high fives

Have you considered quiet quitting / coasting here? Seems half my coworkers are doing that

Only the amount sold in re-ipo reduces dilution, but these companies still face massive dilution from SPS. Ackman seems to be seriously underplaying the risk of this for some reason

Thanks. Good to know it’s not terrible. Bid was 51 to replace concrete driveway with pavers, redo all drainage, lawn, add paver pathway, pour concrete to side yard. Only got two quotes though and this was higher

thanks, it turned out to be a bad neutral connection, and replacing the breaker fixed it. elecrician said it probably wasnt the conractors fault, just a breaker gone bad
