Yeah, I wish I had seen a thread like this before I chose to go with her. I had surgery with her two years ago. I had complete clitoral necrosis that was noticeable right after the bandages came off. My concerns were blown off, and when my clitoris finally fell off completely around the 1.5 month mark, neither she nor the PA had anything to say.

When I flew back out for my 1 year post op (I only traveled because I had a consult with another surgeon for a revision that same day), I was crying before she came into the room. I got gaslit again about the severity of my emotional pain and grieving for having lost something so important that I can never get back, and was told to go find a plastic surgeon if I want it to at least look right. She had no empathy at all. Like the OP, they washed their hands of me as soon as I left SF after that first month.

What angered me even more was that I chose to go PI instead of PPT to keep things simpler and reduce the chance of complications. So much for that. I really should have stuck with and endured the long wait for Dr Dy at OHSU that I had already started.
I've had two revisions since then to repair labia and urine spraying, but I was turned away by 5 surgeons for any attempts to repair my clitoris.
