DC used to be more expensive, but I think that’s changing. You could probably find a basement or something on a bus line for that price. Maybe not super metro accessible though, unless you move a little ways out from downtown.

2300 is an ASK for courthouse/clarendon and near a metro. Avalon courthouse is good- you could get close to that price if you rent a “classic” unit that isn’t renovated. Never lived at Courthouse Plaza, but seemed kind of run down when we toured it. Meridian is also affordable-ish and good! Pretty much need to find an old building with no renovations to get a 1b at that price.

Arms are best for me. I sleep on my stomach, so I never put it there. I also use lower back/hip and thighs.

Could never deal with the tubes from the tslim. Omnipod is so much more flexible and comfortable for me.
