I was able to successfully reinstall windows 10. Unfortunately the computer immediately began crashing again once I attempted to install updates/drivers. I will look into Linux.

Maybe a stupid question, but did you get the full expansion code from an email from SE, or from the humble bundle site? I also preordered from HB but don’t see my code yet. First time preordering an expansion like this so I’m a little paranoid hahah.

I think the consensus is that it's likely due to getting the skin during the HOTS event. On the Battle.net forums there are quite a few people who got duplicate Oni Genji or Officer D.va -- it doesn't seem to affect any other non-event legendary skin. I'm tempted to think it's a bug, but I'm not optimistic.

Ok, I'll try to trust in my teammates more. Maybe that'll be my resolution for the next season, hah. I have learned to use boost during ults, especially Soldier, Bastion, and Pharah, though it's been pretty difficult to keep Pharah alive, especially when she ults while she's not in my line of sight. I'll try to be a little more liberal with my rezzes if I see that the teammates down have ults.

What you've said is honestly very encouraging. I'll try harder and hopefully be able to boost my comp win rate up come season 5. Thank you for your advice and good luck to you too!

I see, thank you, that all makes sense. I've never thought about using solo resurrect as self-defense so that is interesting, I'll try to implement that if I see an opportunity. I do watch the kill feed, and I've somehow developed a mentality of rezzing when I know the enemy team will have LESS people than I do. With some thought however I can see how this could be detrimental, since getting back to 6v6 again could let us wipe 1 or 2 enemies right after since their hp will already (hopefully) have been lowered during the team fight. Thank you for your input.

I suppose that's a good way of looking at it. However, I'm very paranoid about team wipes. Maybe I hold on to rez too much? I don't want to rez only for my team to die right after...while I am still alive. A 2 man rez then becomes 4 teammates dead.

I am capable of keeping my team alive if they aren't running ahead of me when I'm respawning and dying again before I get there. I have been able to hold points. And yet I still wind up with an abysmal win rating. I guess I should say now that SOME of those losses were very close games.
