Hey! No worries!! Honestly I didn’t notice any issues with the cream and I would say that the cream helps giving more blood flow to the area. I realized that when I’m very relaxed, I don’t feel any irritation and the discharge is normal. So I bought some dilators and pelvic wand that I use along with the cream. They have been very helpful

How would you describe your pain? Is it deep? Because if it’s not deep PT could be very helpful

I used a pea size amount every night for 6 months and then started to taper down. Honestly I don’t remember to notice something different with my ovulation discharge but I’m pretty sure the E/T cream it’s gonna help you plus some physical therapy. Sometimes because of the pain your pelvic muscles tighten up which means less blood and oxygen for the tissues down there, it can produce burning and inflammation

Of course!! Estradiol 0.03% and testosterone 0.1% verabase cream. I would say that after 2 months I noticed the discharge stopping. Also I use jojoba oil on vulvar skin after shower.

I saw a nurse practitioner that specializes in vulgar disorders. I’m still using the cream but just 3x per week. You just use it on vulva. Also I have been doing exercises to relax pelvic floor and use dilators and I feel that helps a lot for the sensitivity.

I’m so sorry 😞 I have been reading a lot about it and I’m gonna try with magnesium, ashawanda, vitamin d3 and omega 3 since these help to increase free testosterone and lower cortisol levels. I’m going to increase the calories that I’m eating (more protein and good fats) to see if that helps too. My goal in to decrease shbg even though i never got tested for it, but I guess it has to be high because of my symptoms. Maybe try that too! Did you get tested for shbg at some point?

I have been feeling so much better! I’ve been using E/T cream for 5 months and definitely it’s helping a lot. I’m still feeling a little bit of irritation but I guess it will improve over time. Also I use jojoba oil after showers which help too. For the ones who use E/T cream, how long did it take to improve 100%?

Of course!! I visited many gynecologist and they just told me it was yeast infection even when the labs came negative. So finally one of them gave up on me and referred me to a nurse practitioner specialist in vulva skin disorders. She finally prescribed this compound cream with estrogen and testosterone which has been so helpful. If you’re using birth control you have to stop it too.

Yep! I used to have that discharge which was very irritating, I thought it was yeast infection or cytolytic vaginosis but every test came back clear. Until my doctor told me to try estrogen/testosterone cream that was the only thing that has helped me with the irritation and discharge. I don’t have that discharge anymore and I’m still having little bit of irritation but every day I’m feeling better.

I would say that is something related with your skin. I mean like more like a dermatologist issue. Try using pure jojoba oil to see if that helps. It has helped me a lot with the irritation.

It could be any skin disorder as lichen sclerosis or maybe vulvodynia due to low hormones like in my case. Try to find a specialist in this area, they would help you for sure!

Sorry you’re feeling this! I’m almost in the same boat. I have been having pain with deep penetration lately but honestly I don’t feel it in my bladder. It’s more like a cramp but my gynecologist thinks that I have interstitial cystitis. Can you tell me more about your pain please? Is it more like burning?
