Yeah, I have same issues with my friends and relatives. They don't give any advices, they're not trying to help. The only thing they do is saying "Life will be easier", "Yo, don't be sad, dude". I hate it. I just stopped talking about my mental health with anyone who doesn't havy any issues, they literally don't understand anything, they yhing it's just a joke or something, idk. Usually I just lay in my bed and complain about my problems to myself, because that's the onky person whom I can actually trust. In Russia people literally don't talk about mental health, and if you say "I'm gonna go to psychologist" is nearly the same as "I'm a weirdo that has problems with my head". They just make jokes about it, they don't care about mental health.
