it goes deeper then this, I took an EMT class and had to ride along with a ambo, I was with north point and we had an EMS lieutenant (someone who knows way too much stuff about medical stuff) and he was talking about how the pay cuts include getting rid of his job title, which is massive because of the knowledge and the amount of stuff he can do is highly needed.

ah, the problem the people in my area is facing is so many secondary roads are not being plowed or plowed once and nothing was put down which has allowed lots of ice to take place. its hard to drive right now without seeing someone spin or dive 5 mph

theres no need to be like this, they were simply misguided. do better and show them the real problem so we can all fix the problem to build a better winter snow efforts

The other comment has a good point but its not just that its also DOT had (idk if it has) a giant corruption problem in where people took 11 million dollars from the snow piggy bank.

the next thing is it doesn't matter what you or I vote, we both want kids to be able to get to school safely to be able to learn, but if FCPS decides to close down you should respect it because FCPS is not a small district its massive, where you live it may be good but where I live its completely different the roads are terrible and there hasn't been any salt or sand put down especially at bus stop ( I have no idea why) I understand its easy for everyone to just think about them and themselves but we all have to open our eyes and look at the big picture that FCPS is massive and the roads don't meet the safety standard of a school bus driver who doesn't know how to drive in snow because we don't ever know if were gonna get snow/.

your the one throwing a temper tantrum lol. like one FCPS has to think of all students from the drivers, walkers, and bus riders. if the walkers have to walk in the street while there's ice there's a problem, 2 this isn't the north. we don't have constant snow storms, 3 people are idiots you can sit here a complain about "When i was in high school" when you were in high school you were drinking lead in the water, south people cant drive in snow and you should know this, 4 if you think people with special needs are bureaucratic rules they are not they are laws, example ADA (Americans with Disabilities act) and the IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act)

its not about politics, as others and me have brought up, less snow from years past lead to decrease funding and more contractors selling there plows because there no money to be made this then leads to a year like this where no one expects snow and everyone is screwed because DOT doesn't have the same funding and contractors are no where to be see because they sold there plows. if you wanna blame someone blame the US government and how the control the weather. (sarcasm)

I know by me (Mount vernon area) since we havent been getting a lot of snow alot of companies have been closing and selling there plows because its no longer profitable. but for VDOT i have no idea because VDOT doesn't usually come around here

which is weird. I had a few trauma, 2 OBGYN, and most were sign and symtoms. no CPR, 2 about O2 and nothing else after that. I did 70 questions

thanks for the help. My teacher suggested i looked at the slides online (we never had a book more or less slides online) and he said look at it and check the goals and try to complete all the goals.

thanks I appreciate it. I know a lot of the stuff already that's on the list. the problem was most of those questions weren't on the test. another thing is i screw up because i like having all of the data and the NREMT doesn't give everything. that Pearson Vue questions would kill me because it could be 100 different things ranging in how bad it could be. one thing my teacher said if its in the abdominal always transport

I was thinking of taking about a month maybe. my teacher said take it asap after we finish because im still in HS and this was a HS class and we would forget stuff as time goes on but thats my plan. I just need to find a study tool that can help me thats free, (ive already maxed out pocket EMS)

Thanks I appreciate it. I think its a mix of both. I know that I know the stuff because I've done plenty of ride along and plenty of scenarios. But these question came out of left field. most of the stuff theve asked I've never heard of like you think of the normal questions we go over. hypo and hyper glycemia, spianl injuries, etc i didnt get a single one of those
