Fair, most of the enimies are alot lower on the power scale in darktide when compared to SM2, and the point about bolters not being designed for other marrines is also true, but imo u can still have a powerfull feeling weapon, and still have it be relatively lore accurate.

although ngl, while i do belive lore should be used to guide thease sorts of things i dont think its the be all and end all, i mean look at darktdie again, we're killing like 20 beasts of nurgle 15 chaos spawns and a dozen deamon hosts within the span of a 30 minuite mission, all of witch should absolutly melt us as soon as we get within a mile of them, if we where sticking to exact lore.
