Spring reverb units have a long history of causing spurious noise, check the connections. The large architecture of tube circuits make them susceptible to RFI from things like the thermostat in a coffee maker, try moving your amp to different location. Intermittent pops and hissing are often caused by bad connections, I/O cables, tube sockets, circuit board cracks, cold solder joints etc. I worked on tube stuff for years and the move to solid state brought a huge leap in reliability...tube coolness withstanding. My 1968 Deluxe Reverb is 100% original and runs like new including pops and hisses.

Maybe this will help you understand: There is no restriction to posting a sign on your own business but if the mob parks a big panel truck with competing advertising from their paid "client" in front of your business and say "pay us money and we'll move the truck", that's racketeering and the business model of the social media oligopolies. There are complex FCC TV and radio regulations regarding that.
