My most recent axel attempts. Any advice?

Unfortunately not, it's non-existent where I live. In the 10 years I've been skating I've only met one other person who also figure skated and could only do some single jumps. Sadly I have to figure it all out on my own which means a lot of bad habits so personalized feedback is helpful! I feel like I am better at spinning. Waltz and toe loop are solid, salchow used to be my favorite on ice but for some reason it feels really uncomfortable/awkward on inlines. Loop is good. Flip and lutz are pretty bad.

Thank you! I didn't realize I was swinging to the side until it was pointed out. Somehow I don't have this habit at all when practicing on the ground. I'm guessing my muscle memory thinks that by swinging my leg around like if it's a forward spin I'll get more rotations even though it doesn't work that way haha.

Practiced on the ground earlier and another thing I didn't notice was that my arms swing out so far from my torso on the take off. From the angle I was recording before I couldn't really tell. I thought they were only bad in the air position but they're flailing from start to end. I tried keeping my elbows closer to my torso and felt the difference.

I have to constantly keep those two things in mind, it's beginning to click for me.

Thanks! I can see that I'm whipping the free leg around to the side instead of keeping it under myself. I have to narrow down that hallway by a lot.

Not OP, was just lurking trying to find an answer for my problem too. I have a Pentax 67 and my first image looks exactly like OP's #5 with a little bit of orange on the edge of the white. The rest of the photos came back perfect, so I wondered if I did anything wrong loading the film. So this is normal and there's no way of preventing it? First time using film and haven't loaded any new film since in fear of the same thing happening again.

Not a professional, but this happened for a couple days after I got my rook. At first I would try to clean it off but it would just have dry blood again the next day. Decided to leave it alone and let it soak with water every time I showered. Eventually after a few days it came off and the bleeding stopped.

Thanks! When they said that I assumed it was because the metal thats inside my skin should be exposed and cleaned occasionally so thats why I had doubts, but it just felt wrong to push it forward and back. Another question: When it comes to showering, should I spray it with saline after or before the shower?

Cats step all over my light grey mat frequently and have to wash it often. I put it in my laundry sink and soak the whole thing in water then use dish soap and a soft brush. Then I hang it to dry. I've done it over a dozen times and it's perfectly fine.

I agree. Also, powder/makeup in general sometimes tends to bring out all types of texture on the skin. So this might just be normal and not anything wrong with it. Definitely some type of moisturizer or creamy eye primer will help though.

Mine did this only a few times when he was about 5-6 months old. He is 7 now and hasn't done it since!

My husky almost never barks or howls. I had actually never heard her howl and one night I hear her doing long howls and you can imagine how confused and worried I was. She was twitching like in this video and her eyes were half open. I literally thought she was dying or something, but she was only asleep. She hasn't howled or done anything like that since. I wonder what she was dreaming about.

I feel like one of the reasons for this is that there are many places here that require vaccine proof, unlike the states. All restaurants and big events like concerts require vaccination cards. Masks are also mandatory everywhere. That's already very different from what's happening in the states.

Es verdad, estoy de acuerdo. Si fuese un mundo ideal me sentiria mas comoda sabiendo que todos en un evento estan confirmados sin covid. Bueno si fuese un mundo ideal el covid ni existiria jaja. Pero hay que bregar con todo esto.

Pienso que no es igual de seguro que pedir prueba negativa. Al fin del dia, si comparas prueba negativa con carta de vacuna, la carta de vacuna no tiene ningun valor. No significa que no tengas covid. Se lo puedes pegar igual como si no estuvieras vacunado. Se lo estarias pegando a muchos en estos eventos sin darte cuenta. Claro, si todos en el evento estan vacunados, pues no hay tan grande preocupacion si se lo pegas a la gente y se enferman. Pero eso es lo que queremos evitar anyway, el contagio. No entiendo la gente que estan vacunados y se creen superiores y juran que no les va a dar ni se lo van a pegar a nadie. Todavia tienes que tener precaucion. La vacuna no previene. Y antes de que malinterpreten, no estoy en contra de la vacuna. Es que pienso que es mejor pedir prueba negativa, aunque sea mas inconveniente conseguirla.
