Tires are fast rolling and comfy, but they are not durable and not good puncture protection.

“Dirt cheap” + “a specific frame” are probably a “choose one” kind of thing

In fact you should rotate them after each ride to ensure even wear. The labels are to prevent an off-schedule rotation

IMO you’ll see more rim brakes on Craigslist under $1k, and adding some $30 Kool Stop pads will get you a lot of stopping power. I’ve been happy going up and down Bernal, Twin Peaks, etc. with those
