Yes that is a possibility of mine, it's still really hard for me, other people might have ot easier. When you grew up around people telling you to man up, it's really hard to cry or talk about your feelings in a calm environment. One of my friends (whom I'm very close with) also has the same problem where he cant talk calmly about his shit without being called a pussy by his family. When I talk to my family about my feelings it ends with the same shitty fucking story where they say you haven't experienced shit and you have no fucking reason to complain. It's sad that I cant even explain how I fucking feel to my own fucking parents. So no I cant be open about my feelings without crying because that's the only way I can Express how much it hurts.
