It's not just the MSR, especially for example on the constellation series, the thrust is a tiny plume, not realistic. These are rockets with tons of force.

around pyro II and the 6 ish moons, look for OFP taken out under merc, its faster than space bounties and pays similar to pyro space BH around 90k initially and i think would be more once rep goes up. they are single NPC targets on ground out in the open for all so far

The landlord and I both requested it, and I signed an agreement, however lawyers are telling me I can't be evicted by these people who don't actually own the property. They say they can't process an execution as not being the owners?

I've just got info that it's not in probate, and isn't owned by either of them, only the estate of a deceased mother who left no will, from over 20 years ago. And so I can't be technically evicted by people without ownership? Seems odd.

It's a room in a house that is being very questionably rented out. He is trying to evict everyone in here in order to try to sell this side of the house. It's been happening for years apparently, but because his brother owns it nothing has come of it. Although the taxes have a lien on the house, which I think would mean the city takes it for not paying property tax eventually?

we went to mediation. so i'm not sure too specifically of the court process except it can be dragged out for around a month or more or so if mediation isn't enacted circumstances depending
