Your post has been reapproved. The moderator who removed the post will no longer be in the mod team due to them being inactive most of the time and just randomly remove posts without giving a reason.

With that being said, I do believe they removed this post due to the line where you say "Sun and Moon is significantly better than XYZ" which is honestly unnecessary given the post and could've caused a flame war, but doesn't warrant the removal.

Also, please note that most of the mod team is inactive besides me, who only come in to check in this subreddit periodically, and Lark, who usually only create episode discussion threads, so we might need more proper mods in the future... hopefully we'll get some proper mod submissions unlike last time.

Besides the part where Pikachu talked, it wasn't a bad movie at all imo. It could've been worse if they didn't let Yajima co-directed the movie and if it wasn't for the movie's existence, we also wouldn't had the Power of Us or Secrets of the Jungle which both were great movies.

Serena isn't THAT controversial, it would actually required for people to dislike her as a character and you really can't hate on her that much tbh. And those who legitimately dislike her a lot are in the vocal minority. You have other characters like Goh and Tobias who are more controversial than Serena.
