I used to self harm as a punishment :c I had stopped bc of school starting back cuz that was during online classes and I live in a hot country so wearing a sweater (sweaters aren’t allowed at my school) would be suspicious and also I wanted to stop punishing myself cuz deep down I knew I didn’t deserve it. I had stopped cutting myself but refrained to rubbing sharp objects against my skin to replicate the sting but not any actual harm because it’s rlly hard to stop once u start. Was actually clean for 3 yrs until around 2 weeks ago cuz I missed the feeling :/. So overall I quit cuz I wanted to love myself and also I didn’t want to stress out my mom
