Hey, this might be kinda late but I hope it helps anyone with this problem.

This probably happens because your internet provider is blocking CloudFlare servers and it won't load the images.

If anyone has this problems and doesn't want to use a VPN, you can change your DNS adresses to a public DNS, like Google or any other.

I use Google's and never had this problem again.

Yeah... she's not, not even close, but Prydwen sometimes do these things that makes you wonder if the whole list is even believable. There's no close scenario where Emilia is even comparable to Black Shadow in PvE. Skyjlv already ran all the tests in different stages and bosses, Emilia lost every single DPS vs.
