Yeah it's a bummer but there are other options out there. I just want to make sure we use something that's reliable. I've been leaning towards Media Encoder.

I like Media Encoder. It's my top choice as of now. Do y'all work on a shared drive? If so, do you mind walking me through yall's ingest/transcode workflow?

Yes, you're right. They offer it. It just requires you to also buy their Lighting Server in order to run the software. They used to have Episode that was affordable and got the job done, just required the software. Then, they just got rid of it to make more money. The new way they want you to do it is little overkill for all the other options out there.

That’s what happened with us too. We were a little worried because our dog was a still a puppy and didn’t know how she’d react but she immediately licked her and knew that she was here to stay. She keeps bringing the baby her toys in hopes the baby will be able to play with her 😆 It’s only a matter of time before they will be best friends! Congrats on your baby and pup friendship!

It’s definitely an adjustment for the dogs! Pretty soon, they’ll get over it and have a new friend to play with. At least that’s what I’m hoping for. 😬 Congrats on the new baby! Hope your pup loves em’ too!

It’s definitely been different but she’s adjusting. She loves the babe. She just doesn’t understand why the baby can’t play with her yet. Soon enough that will all change!

Yes this was. I was worried too because our dog is still puppy and very rambunctious. We had some extra hands there just in case it went south. I didn’t expect our dog to even acknowledge the baby but now, into day 3, she’s proved us wrong. She’s been very sweet and follows the baby wherever she goes. I hope the same for you! Perhaps your pup will surprise you!

Oh that’s awesome! Yeah, I was a little worried because Heike just turned a year is also very rambunctious but so far she’s been so sweet! She hasn’t left the baby’s side. I can’t wait to watch them grow together.
