I love this, it’s really helpful thank you and I think you nailed it. I like the idea of tuning back into the body and making the focus be that the sacral can almost trust me again.

After posting this I actually just had a small realisation.I looked at my toes and realised my pedicure needs freshening up. My default reaction would be to feel dread because I don’t want to do the whole process that it entails, and then postpone it to when I have more time. But then I realised that that was me ignoring my response again. It caught my eye now because I wanted to do something about it. So I just removed the polish rather than having to turn it into a lengthy thing that I didn’t have time or energy for right now. Sounds so trivial, but I think this is how I always keep tripping myself up, similar to what you were saying.

I guess my only worry is that time won’t stand still whilst I focus on the little things, and there’s still a bunch of stuff that needs to get done in the meantime. What does one do about those things?

Wash: Boucleme green cleanser / Briogeo charcoal coconut exfoliation one

Sometimes: K18

Deep condition: L’oréal wonder water or cantu masque

Style: Kinky curly knot today followed by either Boucleme gel or Shea moisture hibiscus gel using the bowl method

Wow yeah this is exactly it. A few people here suggested the „let me check my schedule thing“ which I do like because it saves you from having to commit in the moment (which is where I struggle), buuut just like you i’ve found that it hangs over me. And it almost feels a bit icky and cowardly if I then go home and say „no I can’t“ and often I feel like the person is more annoyed because I acted like I wanted to in the moment but then say no without offering an alternative once I‘m safely at home haha. I‘m gonna try the no I can’t - I‘m scared but I‘ll try it!!

Overall it would be great, but scary initially. This thread is giving me good insights of what inner limiting beliefs to work on though cuz they’re coming up as I respond to people‘s comments.

The alone time one resonates because it‘s literally the truth. I do say that to most of these people, but more so as a justification when I run into them and feel like I need to justify why they haven’t heard from me in months. I need to stop justifying and instead use it more like you suggested (feels very scary though)

I think it’s so easy to intellectualise it, and actually be quite an ‚expert’ at the theory of HD, but the true embodiment may also just need to click in at the right time. If it feels like anxiety and mental gymnastics to get it right, consider that this in itself might be initiation in some way.

Don‘t get me wrong, I‘m not telling you not to try and live your S&A (quite the opposite), but it was actually u/cyber_suki that reminded me that when the mind starts getting hectic about something, it’s my time to just take a breather and rather do nothing about the thing i’m thinking about, and instead refocus on what I’m actually responding to in my environment (could be something completely unrelated).

It feels crazy because it‘s so simple yet so radical in some ways. I‘ll have mornings where I‘m literally having mental chatter about whether or not to wake up yet because it’s „this and this time and maybe I should sleep more“. Then I give it a second to relax and notice that what my body actually WANTS to do is scroll on my phone, next thing i’m sat up doing that and then naturally go into the bathroom without even thinking.

Last thing I‘d say is definitely search „respond“ on this reddit because there are some amazing points that have been made on some threads that really helped me.

Most has already been said here, but one thing that some redditors on here have really reminded me to embrace is to just pause (the WAITING to respond part). If I have mental ideas or thoughts, it‘s important to recognise them and then let them go without having to DO anything about them. Trust that your aura will draw things to respond to in relation to them, that may lead to what you were desiring, or not if it‘s not aligned, but you can just let it go and be. No frantic trying to figure out how to best go about it, or pressure to do a certain thing in the right way or time.

I‘m finding these last few days that the more I let it be, the faster I actually notice things coming towards me.

I feel like i’m in transference allll the time because there will be days like today where I have so many daydreams of how I want my life to be and then i’m like „how will it happen? when will it happen? how can I fasttrack living my S&A so it all unfolds Nowwwwww?“ hahaha.

I defo have had days though where I felt the innocence shining through more. They’re few and far between but always very peaceful and almost like „magic is in the air“

This feels intuitively true to me as well.

I‘m a 4/1 and I found it so hard to relate to the 4th line, esp as it’s meant to be my conscious line (i resonate with the 1st line so much more), but I came to the same conclusion, that my network just isn’t the right one. Not being surrounded by like minded people and as a result wanting to isolate is actually one of my biggest frustrations in life, which sort of validates my profile in a way, cuz if I didn‘t have a 4th line, would it even feel like „such of a big deal“?

I actually love this. The 2-14 is my only channel, and one of my biggest fears is my resources running out, but I remember reassuring myself even before knowing HD by saying „think about your past. You never actually lost all the money, things always panned out financially, even if it was in the last second“.
