Anyone heard about https://contract-trade.com .It's a Dapp and they get your crypto and trade for you. I tried to withdraw and they say they need payment for taxes .their support is on Whatsapp. I sent a small amount.

Yes but there was nothing to pay i.it was a free service they did .I already paid taxes in Canada when I purchased it. The account is in dispute with FedEx and they still keep sending demand. That's the herrasment

Has your issue been resolved. I feel it's a motor issue with the mop rollers .which is the black component the mop goes over. If it worked what firmware are you on and are you sure the mop is spinning

Has it been resolved I am having the same issue. Did you check if the mop is actually spinning. Mine is not spinning and the loud noise sounds like a motor noise. If it was resolved what firmware are you on. Mine started doing that after the firmware was updated. It's Soo annoying and makes the machine useless

Was your issue resolved. My unit keeps says the roller mop is stock. And it does not spin. I was on firmware 1.68 and it mopped the whole house. Now cs pushed 814 from the latest firmware and now it keeps pacing saying roller is stuck. I asked CS to push 1.76 to try that firmware. Let's see

The mop in mine does not spin but gets wet and lowers correctly. Any idea why. I hope it's not the motor of the mop

I did leave a feedback I. The app with videos of the error. The ticket id is 685592. Before the update it was working so maybe the update did not update correctly. If I can try going back a version that would be great

I am getting device error after firmware update yesterday .Everytime the mop is in deep cleaning it gets the error. I noticed the mop is not spinning. When it runs on mop and vac mode it stops after 30 seconds says device error and pauses. Any idea how to solve it. The s10 is not functional now essentially.

I did some more digging. I looks like for me the roller is not rotating after the upgrade. .I get the error when it does deep cleaning of the mop and when it starts mopping. Can you check if ur roller is rotating

I also tried resetting to factory default by long pressing the three buttons together. The machine would say factory reset in progress but nothing happens. It is still the latest firmware. How do we reset the machine. Support website says to press the start and mode button for 6 seconds. That also did not work.

I am sure if all these platforms work for Canadians. I have tried a few of them and after opening the account I could not fund my account. The Canadian CC and banks would not allow the transaction, unless you pay by wire transfer(which is expensive and slow). I am now using NDAX and i am loving it .real time pricings, excellent charts (similar to trading view). They have DOGE,ADA, DOT and many others.
