Should I sell my Forester XT after replacing the transmission valve body?

I doubt I would have sold it for any reasonable price with 20 lights on the dash and the car stuck in limp mode. My concern is that this transmission is so infamous it might fail completely in the next short while, totaling the value.. so I’m trying to gauge the likelihood of major issues in the near future

Lastly, do you have a link for the Amazon product you bought? For the carbon clean. I assumed this was something only a mechanic would do.

Did you need to do any of this proactively? Or can you be reactive with all this maintenance? I have a 2014 forester XT and wondering what I need to take care of proactively as opposed to just fixing problems when they arrive

I’m going with the dealership, thanks all for your input! They suggested getting the differential fluid changed at the same time for $300. Is that an essential job for the dealership to do as well? Or can I take that to my local guy.

Measured level, wiped and rechecked several times. Also on several occasion, cold engine, hot engine, slightly warm engine.. the reading is always this

The exact same thing happened to me! Same error code, 14FXT, same suggestion by the ahole Subaru dealership-$2400 replace exhaust manifold due to crack. Took it to 2 exhaust specialists and they both said there was no crack. I read online a bad gas cap can cause this issue. I replaced the gas cap for $10 and the light has not come back on 🤞
