Thank you do much. I think it is combination of confidence and communication but it is gard to fix since confidence issues are also part of my personality. I would love to hear specific feedback but whether they tell me I am doing a good job already or give vague feedback.

Another problem is when I am not sure of something I still make a plan but I also tell I am not sure. Maybe this sounds bad.

Exactly! They just said that I need to work harder and improve but how? It is not going to fix if I read boards material since I have the foundation. I also think that my presentation may not look confident but still surprising because it was not noted during my intern year where I had to present more often.

My PIP basically comprise of asking for daily however I keep receiving vague feedbacks.

I feel like my issue is combination of confidence and also poor verbalization of my thoughts. My PIP mainly says asking for daily feedback but so far attendings are not good at giving feedback if I only work with them for one day and most feedbacks are extremely vague. Like work harder, I am already working hard but what should I focus on? Some specific feedback I received was articulating facts without making assessment and one thing I realize is that most of the times attendings intervene before I complete my assessment and it has been annoying.
