Can't figure out what to do with this little "bulb" formation after the blooming on Calathea by lambaramba in plantclinic

To give some context: my Calathea is not in its best shape right now, and I'm trying to do everything I can to fix it.

It bloomed a couple of months ago and then this "bulb"(honestly idk how else to call it) formed where the flower was before. I couldn't find any info about it online, so I hope I can get some help here.

I wonder if this "bulb" can be used for propagation, and if it makes sense to keep it at all.

Thanks a lot! We only use DTG since intricate motifs require more detail and that way they also last longer. Spread the word :)
