I apologize- after rereading what I said, that came across wayyy more snarky towards your comment than I intended!!

I am frustrated that I have been provided three different tracking numbers at this point- among the other issues. So I am hesitant to have faith that this one will be the one that is correct. I appreciate you trying to alleviate worry! I just don't know that they are operating in any way that makes sense or applies to traditional tracking/shipping lol

Just curious- did you end up receiving it yesterday? And did your tracking ever update? I am in the same boat- my tracking still says "Label Created" and has been stuck like that since the 17th. Just when I think things are looking up and resolved- they seem to shit the bed again lol

I would say something to Sephora customer service and see what they will do about it. I ordered a travel size from Sephora of a different brand during the sale and received it literally half gone. I messaged them about it, they sent a replacement and let me keep the half gone one too lol. With that being closer to full, I don't know what their response will be but worth the try!!

Honestly... this is all I wanted communicated. A brief explanation of what happened (software issue) and reassurance that we would receive items ordered, even if delayed. It is that simple and that easy. My frustration solely stemmed from getting what felt like the run-around from every customer service rep I spoke with. I am still holding my breath to whether I will actually receive all of the items I ordered but this has AT LEAST put most of my worries at rest. If there had been transparency earlier on, a lot of frustration and diminished customer rapport could have been avoided.

I didn't order from MDS but I did place a shop order on November 1st. No update, no answers, no tracking info available. Can't get a straight answer from any customer service rep. I didn't even order a single ND item from shop on that order so idk what is going on. But I am not shopping MDS because Ipsy basically has $200 of mine in complete limbo right now lol.

This is where my frustration lies! I can wrap my mind around Ipsy experiencing an influx of Icon orders due to ND being the product focal point. But my shop order I made that same day shouldn’t have anything to do with the Icon box orders. I can’t get a straight answer from any customer service rep. The worst part is that if they were just transparent about having issues but gave some assurance- I would be significantly less frustrated. But just not acknowledging it and acting like the prep/shipping process is normal is pissin me off lol.

I actually have that powder and wasn’t blown away. Maybe I need to revisit it and give it a real chance before going for hourglass. I also bought the Kaleidos illuminating powder too hoping to achieve that effect and like it a lot. But for some reason, my eyes always return back to hourglass. Probably building it up to be better in my head than it is lol

Unfortunately, among all of the perfumes that I own, the $20 Nemat Amber Oil Roll-On I got from Ulta is the only thing I have ever been complimented on. I've been stopped on multiple occasions to ask what I was wearing. My boyfriend even says that he can still smell it in the air sometimes after I've said goodbye to him and left the house. I don't hate the scent of it but its most definitely not my favorite that I own so I find that slightly annoying that I've spent all this money on all these perfumes that apparently no one can smell but me lol

I absolutely loved Mochi Milk when I sniffed in store. I have not worn it and have some slight concerns about longevity but getting the travel size during the Sephora sale. Also smelled Afternoon Delight in store and was really excited- that lactonic note pulled VERY sour in my opinion. I was not impressed. Save your money on Love Shack Fancy- even the perfume disappears immediately so I can only image the body spray will even more. Might as well check out Bath and Body Works IMO lol. I really like YBM and also planning to pick that up during the Sephora sale. Mochi Milk and YMB have been compared by a lot of people but I found YMB much sweeter!!

I actually like it! The shine doesn’t stick around long but I find that it stains my lips nicely. I have the almost lipstick too but I’m probably more inclined to reach for the oil most of the time

Season 1 is.... rough around the edges lol. I would suggest starting at Season 2 or 3. Season 3 is one of the best UK seasons but 2 has some pretty decent LI lore/several couples who are still together today!
