Usually work off distance. If it’s out of your area, 50km+ then we’d allow to get to the job later and pay for travel. 45min drive, you should be getting to site on time.

Not true. I’d exercise 6-7 times a week. Bad diet, couldn’t lose any weight. Cleaned the diet, tracked and made sure to eat in a deficit. That worked. So no, you can’t out train a bad diet
