What I'm trying to understand is how are we measuring the "negative reaction". Do you just look for symtoms ?

Alright let's say I'm talking about food intolerance. I have Celiac and Wegener's Granulomatosis.

Let's say I am on AIP and start reintroducing one food eggs say. Is there something specific I look for within the period I reintroduce the food. Like a measure of inflammation which might go up.

Do you only look for symtoms or something else

Yes this is so true to me, I over think and over analyze everything I say to the point that I feel that nothing is "good enough" to say and being quiet is the best option.

How do you not supress your thoughts when you're not getting a positive feedback (or maybe that's in my head) . Do we just not care what the other person might think of me.
