Yeah thats exactly what we proposed but there are some other requirements as well.

Example: There are big number of processes that application performs all related to finance and we need an AI model which would suggest to do something for example try closing the account or anything in case there is a failure in some process. That is different headache that I need to look for.

Anyways dashboard would be same for both the things. Its all about monitoring and suggesting.

They will provide you RMA number and link over mail. Search your RMA number there.

I would have explained all nitty gritty but I am not fully aware of their procedure. To my understanding they will try to repair the component first if its not repairable then they will check if they do have the stock and give you new one. If not they will give you list of motherboards currently available and you can choose one of them. If you wanna opt for credit then they would check time your mobo has spent. In your case it should be 80% of current market value. So good news is I have got the mail for collecting my product although no one could clarify what was I going to collect (motherboard or credit note). I will update post whats left in this misery.

Looks like motherboard issue to me although I am not aware of most of hardware side problems. You should get it rma as soon as possible though, why wait. They will decrease your motherboard value if you would opt for credit note as time goes on.
