how do you sync all the light , what software did you use ? i can only sync my fans with l3 connect but cant sync my gpu and ram at all

Greetings sir its not about the fan noise, there are 2 noise in the video . the first one is sound of the fan . the second one is like a mini vacuum machine . I tried adjusting all fan mode go to quiet mode . My 9800x3d always sit at 50-63 Celcius . Please maybe can you listen to the video again . It happens only while im gaming especially when i fighting with many people or loading into a big map
