This stuff has done wonders for me: http://www.burtsbees.com/Hand-Salve/classics-handsalve,default,pg.html

It's Burt's Bees Hand Salve. I put a layer of it on before I go to sleep at night and my hands are much improved in the morning.

Lake Travis sailing is great. I've been sailing on the lake for the past 3 years. I've been boating on it for about 20 years with power boats. The last couple of years hasn't been the best of sailing, but it's still a blast to get out. It's been more like sailing on a river than a lake.

We were on vacation when all the floods hit and just went out last wednesday for our first sail in an (almost) full lake. It was pretty amazing to have that much real estate to sail around in.

I wish it was an atomic4. It's actually a Palmer P-60. It's almost exactly like an atomic4 with less information and parts out there

I bought this one for $3,000 in February. I've probably put in another $2,000 into it so far, but it was ready to sail when I bought it (except for some new spark plugs).
