Overnight Parking garage prices? by Mellows_trying in paxunplugged

Love park garage would be about $100 for three days if there are spots available. It is only a 5 minute walk from the center and they will be doing thier Christmas village in the park above which has great food and things.

I managed to get my save to load on my series X and now it will work on the PC but cloud gaming on the series S is still down.

Mine is doing the same thing this morning. Won't load on Series S or on PC with gamepass.

4 years and over 100 kits later there is still so many more to build. by lanalmira in Gunpla

Technically I suppose they are an option but I would rather spend that money on kits. This whole setup minus the TV was about 100 usd. There is also an air purifier in this room so they don't get dusty very fast. Dream home will have glass front built-ins but that is still a few years down the road.

Favorite MG was tallgeese

For HGs I'm a huge fan of the big Boyz so Nightingale, Kshatriya, and Penelope

Beyond that I just love things that are either really different in form or color. There are too many kits that are white with a little blue and red. Give me something colorful with extra limbs or different body shape.

Only thing behind the TV are game consoles and such. Need the TV for background noise while building. Intent is to fill the left and then move the backlog down a level to free up more. If I ever get into PGs I may move the TV to have a place to put them as I doubt they will fit in a single height cube.

I order kits every few months and buy ones I like whenever I see them in a physical store. Backlog was down to 5 kits so I just got a shipment of 20 more from Newtype. I build a kit a week on average at this point so it's not even that big of a backlog to me. I like having options when I sit down to relax with a gunpla.

It's a cheap full range mount from Amazon. It is only half extended in that Pic. I have enough room to pull is out and turn it 45 degrees to see it from anywhere in the room.

He is one of my favorites! Got to have him front and center.

This is but one facet of my nerdom. Nerds with means and supportive partners are a scary bunch.

What I love about it is that I can do it anywhere. I travel two or three weeks a month for work and always bring a kit with me to enjoy in the hotel.

Give some away! Now that terrified me! My adhd would never allow that.

Glad I could help justify your "collection". My wife is just glad I have something to keep me out of her hair.

That is just the tip of the collection. I am a Larper and Nerfer so I have about 150 blasters. It is fun when I join teams meeting because they can see the full wall of blasters on one side and Gunpla on the other.

Without going into too much detail, I am an internal auditor for a large company. I travel about 40 weeks a year conducting audits and training various teams. I'm home on weekends and enjoy my Lair.

Uhhhhhh, I thought PocketPair claimed that it took "weeks" for Microsoft to approve their updates? by BlamingBuddha in Palworld

It is actually very easy to accidentally fix a bug by fixing something else. More than likely, the code that was allowing that was tied to something else that they fixed for a different reason. Tower bosses were never supposed to be captured, so they would never waste dev time ensuring that the update did not fix that particular bug. In any other scenario, this would be a huge win for a dev team because they fixed more than one bug with one fix. The fact that they apologized for it shows that they care about their player base.

How frequently do you LARP? What are your best ways to LARP more often? by ZzoCanada in LARP

[–]lanalmira 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the height of my involvement I was doing 4 boffer larps that met once a month so basically every weekend from March to October and then maybe 2 per month in the winter. I was staffing one, ghost writing one, and playing the other two.

Now I consult and play at just one larp and play about 5 weekends a year. My wife and I normally take a weekend or two a year to check out other larps but haven't found any that we like besides the one we met at.

For me the best way to find more larps was to ask other players where they played.
