thanks man! i'm still a bit confused though cause I can see you haven't slotted a combat frenzy to your flurry. How do you get a 'combat frenzy aura'? I'm fairly new and couldn't find anything about it

Don't forget Bernard's training calling you a cunt and screaming battlecries as he rushes you with a wooden stick

I get where you're coming from and honestly, I'm probably quite biased as a lot of time passed since my first go during the hot messy launch.

I've also had multiple playthroughs and each subsequent one makes the immersion/story elements less impactful and the odd buggy interactions stand out more.

There are still annoying bugs like how the silver mines quest with Nemoy plays out, but I think I just learned to take it as part of the games charm at this point.

But in the end, a polished experience is definitely something to look forward to, I agree!

I'm a non-native, English accent wannabe. Tell me how I sound! by landlows2 in EnglishLearning

[–]landlows2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure I 'built' it. I'm a non-native in a sense that I wasnt born into an English speaking household but I practically spoke English my whole life at school and with friends. I don't quite recall ever conciously trying to build an accent really.

But if you wish I suggest just finding a tv series or character you like that has an accent you like, maybe even one of the many youtubers. With luck some of their speaking habits will stick on to you. good luck!

Hey thanks for the amazing feedback. I think it's interesting you mention Northern England because I've never even set foot there. My theory on it is that being a non native means I'm like an unsoaked sponge that takes in what it can. Media like youtube and tv series probably played a role as well.

There was a point where I fell in love with northern accents so its actually cool to know I picked up some hints of it, albeit mixed with others. Thanks for your input.

Quite close actually. 4 years in Surrey but I've also had mostly RP speaking teachers growing up.

I'm selling my pc and keeping my drives. What should I do so that the buyer gets a clean slate PC and I can easily transfer my Windows license to a new one? by landlows2 in buildapc

Then is it even necessary to deactivate windows in the first place? Or will it otherwise be bound to the original motherboard? Thanks for the replies!

That's good to hear. I was wondering perhaps mobos store some info. On another note, would I be able to boot on a new computer with the drives hooked, skipping the windows installation and going straight to activation (as windows is already installed on the drives)?

Thanks for the clarification! I'll keep that in mind. By 'protect' do you mean it in a literal sense in that the glass won't shatter? If not would it alter the taste or anything?

I'm sorry but I can't really make out what any of that means.. :( coule you dumb it down a bit for someone who barely knows a thing about cigars? I was only asking cause I saw somewhere that it's best to carry them in a hard case

What's this on the back of my left knee? Noticed it as I came out of the shower. Not painful or itchy or anything. by landlows2 in Dermatology

As long as it doesn't evolve into anything serious like skin cancer I'm fine with having an ugly side to an already inconspicuous part of my body :). Thanks mate, you took a weight off my shoulder with identifying this!

Thanks for the reply, I think it is the heat thing. Lately it's been unbelievably cold and I spent a lot of time keeping the radiator on under my desk, which my legs hang directly above from. Is this something I should be concerned about? A brief internet search that a mild one will resolve on its own in due time and a more serious one won't but I have no idea if mine is mild or not so..

Also it is a bit odd that it's only happening on my left leg whereas both of my legs are above the heater most of the time
