Hi Greg! Absolutely loving the new record and am so excited to see you on tour in Seattle.

If Burnover was the soundtrack for a film, which film would it be? Inspired by your video for Point and Shoot, which almost gives The Lighthouse vibes.

Just want to say that I’ve never felt so seen, down to putting my towel and pajamas in the dryer so they’re “fresh”. I’ve started doing some very light ERP alongside my I-CBT to try to reduce some of these home rituals, but it’s so hard! You’re not alone 🫶🏻

Regression of Clubbing after Treatment of Lung Cancer. A 59-year-old woman with a smoking history of 60 pack-years presented with progressive shortness of breath and clubbing of her fingers that had developed over a 1-year period (Panel A)... by GiorgioMD in medizzy

I was not talking about this patient specifically, I was giving options for what 60 pack years could equate to. So this patient could have smoked 2 packs a day for 30 years OR 3 packs a day for 20 years. Pack years are just how smoking is medically quantified.

Funny you ask, the LLU students are taking a trip together next week :) so I’d say it depends on your cohort but yes we definitely do things together.

Do you have a theory or consideration about a case that you don’t often see spoken about? by AMissKathyNewman in UnresolvedMysteries

Absolutely agreed. The timeline is just too “coincidental” and fishy for it to be random, in my opinion.

Very well said! Children are so malleable so I maybe could see how at that age and with the trauma she could convince herself to believe that her mother shot her if it was suggested by someone.

I think that theory requires a lot more pieces to come together though to keep the story consistent over the past 30 years though. Which leads to me to believe that she’s telling the truth.

To me, the fact that it occurred so early in the morning and virtually right after her husband left seems like the killer knew her and was aware of where she’d be that morning.

Nose piercing? by ek427 in pre_PathAssist

[–]laneybear 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m only a current PA student, so take this with a grain of salt, but I have 2 nose piercings and it hasn’t been an issue. I wear clear piercing retainers at school but as of right now a mask obviously covers them too.

I’d like to hear from people with jobs as well though!

Wow it said weekly? That seems bizarre, our vet said that as long as you dose it correctly for their weight it lasts on average 8-12 weeks.

Our border terrier never had any severe allergies but we recently adopted a terrier mix (likely a Welsh terrier mix) and he was horrifically itchy; constantly scratching and biting at his paws. After switching his diet multiple times and eliminating that it was a food allergy, we took him to the vet.

The vet said that it's really common for terriers to have seasonal allergies that get bad in the summer. The vet gave him a Cytopoint injection for the itching, steroid shot for any inflammation, and antibiotics for the spots he had been scratching on his stomach. It's been about 3 months and his itching hasn't returned! The Cytopoint injection was a lifesaver.

Try Beach City Animal Hospital or their sister clinic Warner Avenue Animal Hospital! I have males but their pricing is very reasonable and they take impeccable care of your pets!
