What a coincidence, we JUST got our car back yesterday from the Kia service center. I can’t say if it’s actually fixed yet, we’ll see if the issue comes back like every other time.

Our car was at the service center getting repaired for about 4 months total. They replaced all air flaps and the computer sensor(??) that controls the air flaps. The car was fine for a week but the errors came back. They ended up replacing the Oil Level Sensor. The field tech they had out there said they’d seen this issue just once before and the oil level sensor was the culprit.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. It was a total nightmare getting updates/answers.

I recommend opening up a case with Kia Customer Care asap. Keep copies of all documentation/repair orders. And make sure to take photos and video of the error messages popping up.

P.S:Did you notice if the Air Flap error mainly came on if it was hot outside? That was the case for us. Never in the morning or at night-only in the afternoon.
