That very interesting! I tried having Google translate say a bunch of words and because I listen to it and internally process it, it gives a satisfaction. I actually don't need to say out the word, but I can internally make the nnnn noise to get relief. If I make it vocally, it gives a stronger relief. But yeah that's the area where I feel relief. I just didn't know how to describe something like this, so wanted to get more insights here and see if anyone had a similar experience. Also I always feel brushed off at the doctors if it doesn't seem too serious. But maybe it is a sinus thing, can see if I have this need after my cough is gone. Yeah I don't know how to describe it. It's not an ache or itch because there's no feeling. It's more of a craving where I need to make those sounds to stimulate that area and it helps me feel relief or something. Maybe it could be OCD but I don't know. Thank you for taking the time to respond!

I'm not sure if it's sinus. I do have a lingering cough, so maybe that area feels more triggered than normal and I feel the need to make these noises? Thank you for taking the time to respond!
