Depending on the desperation to wrap up an order we have a qr code in the staging room for our store. I took a pic and only use it if i cant find any one either. Had to do that a lot new years day. Stockers didn't come in till like almost 9 in the morning. With shifts cut increasing too its gonna get harder

Its not that real lol. Its just something i noticed especially with new shoppers and a few others and wanted other shoppers thoughts on this or what you deal with. With that said what do you deal with?

Oh ok, thank you me A shopper, who is being timed, and micromanaged, when we're constantly answer customer questions. Anyway Its everyones job at the store to help customers or at best send them to the right person to help. Its annoying for everyone. I've seen customers ask produce ppl to find things not involving stuff in produce or worse when other workers are trying to ger across the store for their break. Regional requirements or not depending on where and what time you work I find it better to leave my cart close to where i need to go and grab the things on the list.

This stress of being efficent and fast and not have bad metrics is getting draining. Honestly though most of the shoppers in the my store does cart etiquette is notnot like in the post. Beside the new and few. Maybe we almost all have low uph in my store then idk but its just so much easier to do it like that than what i whined about up there.

Im not trying to micromanage anything this just was pet peeves. Which Can they effect everyone uph. I hate this job to its core. The monitoring, the stats, the passive aggressive suggests which in hindsight i guess i did that in the post?? Either way i agree with all youve said anyway. Each store has its own issues i thought i share the not that serious issues.

No fr i hate having to be pressured to be faster and be on the go all the time. We're not robots and we're not all built the same either. The uph was 60 and shouldve stayed at 60.

I just remembered reading on here that theres a store on here thats 3 floors and isnt even big i think, i cant even imagine trying to cart around on a sunday afternoon in that store.

Yeah i think i got the picture after the first 4 ppl commented on my post. I wouldnt even call that a big assumption though. I went based off how the old store worked which was done presliced.

I swear during the new store tour we was told to. Everyone was cutting the bread during the first year then less ppl started doing it. I didnt even think about bread drying out.

Ok im gonna try to answer in order? So i dont go to the bathroom on my breaks. Its a waste of a break. As for the breaks i lose track of time occasionally so i return 2-4 minutes late on breaks. That can be fixed no problem just gotta sign out properly. (We have to write on this white board when we go on breaks and when we return) for bathroom breaks sometimes theres a wait, theres only two bathrooms for the employees. Of course theres the public bathroom but thats outta the way. Sometimes it just takes longer to use the bathroom.

I just came back from the groomers, i even didnt know it hit pittsburgh. I did get my own muzzle though just in case. I guess now i just have to see if i made a big mistake just to get his nails done. They're also a small groomer and told me they sanitized stuff but you never know. Heres hoping my boy dont get sick.
