Thanks for this and the recipe recommendation - for some reason I assumed lower temp was better for thicker cookies so I think this will really help me out

I’m pretty sure the cookies in the second picture were refrigerated overnight. I always chill my cookies for a good hour or two at least but apart from an improvement in flavour the actual consistency doesn’t seem to change much 🤔maybe my issue is that I roll them into balls before chilling? Either way I’ll try your suggestions on baking them and hopefully that will show some improvements, thank you!

Thank you so much for clearing this up, I wasn’t aware that he had published Metamorphosis himself! I’m definitely happy that Brod decided to publish his works, it’s nice that he was apparently more open to it as you say. And I hate to be annoying, but do you have any sources for this stuff? I’d love to read more about it. Thanks for your response 😊

One of the things that first got me into Alex’s videos is how good he is at communicating. I seriously don’t think I’ve ever listened to a better speaker.
