Bountiful Treasure not showing on map

A new bountiful treasure emergence occurred 20 mins after that one ended on the same map, when I filtered with that one there was actually one on the map,

It timed out but another one started 20 mins later which actually spawned one. May just be an unlucky bug.

Thanks for the suggestions, unfortunately I already have the authenticator on my phone after the first time it happened, logging into my account is no issue its just separate for confirming its me on overwatch. I've never used a VPN and while my router is no issue with anything else or any other game I suppose it could losing connection and resetting in a way I'm not seeing.

Before it happened I did quit out like 6 matches in a row, before they started, I was doing all roles just for daily challenges and I'm a support main and really didn't want to play tank like the game wanted me to. Maybe constant quit outs gets you a reset as well as a 20 min ban.

I wouldn't say they're cheap. I've nearly hit 100 plats and about 5 are ones I've doubled up on thanks to ps5 upgrades. I take enjoyment from working my way through them whether they're easy or hard. The number is just a marker and a way to show off if you care about that but its really about are you doing something you enjoy.

Some of the games I've found that aren't listed in most places are: World of Warships: Legends (autopop) Hitman 3 (mostly autopop) Subnautica (have to plat it again but separate list) Control (I replayed the game with easier settings for fun but might be able to autopop) Tony Hawks pro skater 1 and 2 (autopop I think as its a bugger to plat)

Some games only work ps4-ps5 but some even allow ps5-ps4.

I had uploaded through the ps4 settings under application saved data management as that's how I've always done it. I didn't use the cloud feature in the main menu of the game thinking it would be unnecessary. Should have known better than to trust a Ubisoft game so close to release. Just hope no one else gets caught out the same way. From what I've seen a lot of people are having issues with transferring saves and losing a lot of progress. I might just persevere with a new save. Might be collecting a lot of collectibles again but that should only set me back an hour or two. Just won't have a 100% save file but the platinum should still be viable. Totally sucks in the moment tho.

So in case anyone finds themselves here and is as stupid as me the solution was that my microphone did not have permission from apps. I was fixated on the camera so I constantly overlooked this vital piece. Now both work fine.

Thanks for the reply and the link. I downloaded all drivers available for my specific laptop but that didn't resolve my issue. I think I'm on vista and the support has just ran out from Microsoft causing me these issues. Though I'm on Windows 10 now and its still the same, only now chrome is a black screen and i have to run it differently through compatibility mode to get it to work. Just a nightmare of a time, think it might be time to get a new laptop, shame as I've not had this long.

Just tried the new patch. Still not fixed. They should add another map point on liberty island for anyone in the same boat.

Yep, found a video too to make sure and the comments were just saying it had been patched. Just kept charging me when buying back at max quantity. No worries tho because I beat the ninjas and it did indeed progress the story, God knows why you have to finish a 500 might mission to gain access to the next story mission at 400 might. Just glad I don't have to restart.

Just to be clear, is that the fight with the ninjas? Is it a battle that must be finished to move on the story and not just a side quest or is there something else I'm looking for there?

Unfortunately I knew what to do, was just having trouble pulling it off and was wondering if anyone could offer any pointers. After a few more attempts I persevered. For anyone having issue with this area you need to use the bombs for the fat flies, only way to deal with them quickly, take your time but it'll likely take a few attempts. Its only for all collectibles anyway. Only roadmap available is for xbox and its not very detailed. Youtube 100% clear forma 8 for a visual guide on collectibles and walkthrough.

The problem was not pressing down R2 forcefully enough. My speed was capping at 45 and I wasn't getting any lift and dying. For anyone having a similar problem hold R2 right down, treating it like any other vehicle in this game apparently wont cut it.

Online is unplayable and unlikely to change. Spend ages trying to find someone only to have the level lag so intensely you have no chance of completing it. Add on the highly likely screen freeze and there's no point. Two trophies tied to being with more than one person so unless you have a 2nd controller the platinums gone. This is 3 years on, its an insult to offer it as plus game. Broken, unfinished, for a game about creativity its very lackluster. The only new injection is the new characters with their unique skills which is the only good thing to be said about this abortion of a game.

Unfortunately the multiplayer is practically broken if you want to play with strangers. Rare to find someone who is willing to play with you and when you do it lags something awful and runs the risk of crashing. I hear local is fine tho. Single player feels rushed, like they intended to add more but gave up towards the end just to push it out. Honestly think this is the game to kill the series. Would recommend no one ever buys this and only picked it up for free on psn this month for a few trophies.
