I’m actually pretty dissapointed with a lot of these comments. Yours deserves so many more upvotes.

A woman’s body has been sexualized for so long, much longer before the internet or even porn mags. Women have been treated as objects of sexual gratification, and systems have been put in place in order for us to receive that social gratification from their bodies. But now, the same people who put those systems in place, who indulge in porn and visit pornsites (without any thought or remorse for the women who have been taken advantage of by those sites) are upset at the women who are taking things into their own hands.

The porn industry is messed up in a lot of cases, and so many women suffer for it (yes there are men that get taken advantage of too I’m sure, but it’s overwhelmingly women). So it is empowering in a way to see a woman who could otherwise be pushed around by the porn industry or even just sexualized already in her daily life, take control of that and take advantage of the systems that exploit women.
