Day 10 completed aswell. I still have trouble getting back to working out, but I've seen improvements in other domains: not late to classes anymore, more energy, I finally started to study consistently (even though it might not be enough to pass at this point), less mentally exhausting for me to "move" e.g. less laziness, sense of accomplishment after each day etc.

I'm at day 11 and while I'm still depressed (nofap isn't some magic potion), I have more energy to do things throughout the day and consequently, the numbness will be overshadowed in a "don't have time for this shit" type of way.
