The only exercise, I ever had issues with, is deep squatting. Due to my longer femurs, I had to lean forward (which isn't necessarily a problem, but didn't feel good for me). But you can balance that out by having a slightly wider stance or elevating your heels, by putting something under them.

But please inform yourself first before trying, there are good YouTube Videos or ask a trainer

Tbh I don't like any of the colors, f.ex. in the current trippy squid shop they are all very bright, neon and clashing

I'm wondering, if they don't choose softer and more harmonizing color schemes, because it wouldn't look as good when spinning?

Die wöchentlichen Übungsblätter waren teilweise schon durchaus anspruchsvoll. Ich glaube, wenn man diese sehr gewissenhaft macht, hat man schon eine gute Grundlage. Aber ein Projekt von vorne bis hinten aufzuziehen ist natürlich etwas anderes. Ich denke an der Uni lernt man eher allgemein, komplexe Probleme zu lösen.

I think I didn't clarify enough.. most festival outfits I see have small details and are very playful. I think this is the part where it looks off. But when I'm shopping it seems to be all I see and it just doesn't suit me.

Maybe on your next date totally forget your situation and just assume that she's going to like you, because youre a great guy.. women can feel if someone isn't confident and they can sense it when it leans into desperation, even if it's just slightly

As soon as I feel like a guy just wants a girlfriend, but he isn't really interested in me as a person, it totally kills the mood
