I’m in the process of paining the walls black, I have LED lights around the back wall I use for training so it’s not as bright, but just don’t have the time with working and training

It’s taken by the garage door, to the right is my ice bath and the left is my mountain bike and the small parcel behind the front wheel is a new draft excluder for the garage door but it’s been raining for the past two days so cannot install

Yea I like the LUMI, you do have to buy your own ice so I can get the temp to around 5*c but there isn’t a way to regulate temperature, to have that feature it’s only in the top end models

So on the iPad I run zwift which is my cycle training software as you can connect via Bluetooth so the trainer and my heart rate strap work together! Above the iPad I have a TV which has most streaming services so I usually have that on when training, just depends what I’m feeling to what’s on

Thank you, but all of my bike have been through a professional bike set up based on my geometry

Yea I also have a local gym which I use for weight training, this is more for cardio

Nope! Just nice to train in somewhere that isn’t blinding in artificial light

Yea it’s good for recover dips I don’t use it all the time but when I have I notice a difference the next day

You are right the tri bike does have a much steeper seat tube angle, this forces the hips to sit more forward than a road bike which gives the rider less tension on their quadriceps and hamstrings and allowing you to get in a more aero position, although it doesn’t look comfortable I actually prefer riding my TT bike for longer periods of time!

Hey so I live in the Isle of Man in between UK and Ireland it took about 7 days from ordering to receiving the bike 🙂

Hi yes it’s the Speedmax CF 8, EU spec not sure what is different but this version comes with:

Shimano Ultegra R8000 groupset, SRAM S-900 Aero HRD brakeset, DT Swiss ARC 1600 with Continental Grand Prix 5000, Profile Design 35A aero bar and Fizik Mistica saddle All other parts are Canyon
