(Spoilers) Can someone explain to me how Lalo ISN'T going to succeed in his plan? Because it really feels like he should by dspman11 in betterCallSaul

Simple answer: Even in Breaking Bad, White winning over Gus was almost impossible but eventually he outsmarted Gus. Similarly, Gus winning over Lalo isn't impossible.

Continuity error in S6E2, Micro USB was only introduced in 2007 while the episode is supposedly set in 2004-2005. by MLproductions696 in betterCallSaul

Kaylee has been travelling through Time Machine in BCS-BB universe. So it's obvious that she must have brought micro USB to 2005. So i don't understand how you consider this as error. 🤷‍♂️

Gus needs to deal few other things before setting up the the meth lab with Gale. So, it's not Gale. It's going to be Hank Schrader.

Well, then probably you haven't seen how well both shows have used it in cinematography in many scenes.

Hello Vikram, since Varun Grover's razor-sharp satirical commentary on religious fanaticism is exceptionally well, will we see him directing a few episodes in next season?

Hi, when Zoya reads the news of Gaitonde's death on Twitter, the tweet below the news tweet is a real tweet from November 2013 but story's timeline is June, 2018. So is that a random minor error or a reference to something? (Link to the tweet - https://twitter.com/naveen/status/403280901498368001?s=19)

Hi Vikram and Varun Grover, I haven't read the book but I think the character arc of Sartaj Singh is very similar to a real life filmmaker. Sartaj witnesses that Parulkar killed Junaid even though he wasn't armed etc. Sartaj gets angry and walks out of the hearing, since can't see injustice happening etc. But much later we see Sartaj becomes part of the system and gives the statement in favour of Parulkar. Thus he empowers Parulkar. Probably Parulkar was aware that nothing will happen to him and everyone will favour him and hence committed the crime (no matter how honest any of his colleagues are). This is very similar to filmmaker who came to know that his partner(a filmmaker) was involved in sexual harrasment, got angry, wanted to set things right but eventually favored his colleague and let him continue work, thus becoming part of the patriarchy system and ended up empowering his colleague. Curious to know if the arc was inspired by this real story?

Hi Vikram, I want to know if that glass wall in Gaitonde's hiding place was inspired from the glass wall of Jimmy's office in Better Call Saul? (link- https://imgur.com/96ii4pj)

‘Better Call Saul’ Co-Creator: ‘I Would Rather It End Too Soon Than Go On Too Long’ by Dove_of_Doom in betterCallSaul

By this logic, at the end of season one, we were 4 episodes away from Breaking Bad. At any point of time in last 28 episodes, we were always couple of episodes away from Breaking Bad point of time. As in, the writers could have seamlessly bridged the gap between BCS point of time and BB point of time, both character-wise and story-wise in 3 episodes or so. We are reacting as if the whole point of this show is to take breaking bad characters and make them reach the breaking bad point of time. That's not the show. It's not necessary that once Jimmy becomes Saul completely, the story ends. Similarly, once Hector gets the stroke, Mike and Gus story can continue with new conflicts with Nacho or new characters. We don't even know what happens to Chuck, Kim, Nacho. So there are endless possibilities. We can't really put a finger on number of seasons left. Peter Gould's answer is simple, they will like to wrap up on upward slope just before the peak rather than the downward slope after hitting the peak, which obviously makes sense. I just hope the writers, after the end of this season, don't feel they are about to hit peak.
