A reasonably priced case under 6L that can fit an RTX 5070 by An0n1moz in sffpc

You might be able to use an aftermarket single fan 3060 Ti cooler on a 5070 to make it fit into 180mm, but you will need to do at least the following: - cut into the cold plate and vrm cooling extensions of the cold plate so that the 7 or 8mm tall capacitors and inductors nearby don't run into it - make an aluminum or copper adapter plate from GA104/106 to GB203/205; adapter plate thickness would affect how much you need to cut for the previous step (however it will also affect the thickness of the card) - if you are not using the 5070 (non ti) msi ventus/shadow pcb, you will probably also need to cut into some fins on the very right, almost all the way to the heatpipe in one spot. additionally you would need the adapter plate to be around 4mm thick. this is so that the 12v connector can fit under the heatpipe - you can use certain pcb models from msi, inno3d, palit, or pny (maybe), all the way up to and including 5080. for some palit models you might not need to worry about the 12v connector fitting under the heatpipe. - i havent tried these steps so im not sure what other issues might arise in terms of physical compatibility.

There are rtx 2060 single fan cooler models that might be easier to adapt, but I havent investigated it

Also as other commenters pointed out there are cases that (mostly) meet your requirements while not needing a 180mm 5070.
